What is health coaching?

Health coaching is a supportive process that helps individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized guidance and accountability.  Together, we will work to formulate a custom journey for you, by you, that fits your lifestyle. My goal as a Health Coach is to empower you to make sustainable lifestyle changes that stick.

Where are sessions conducted?

The coaching sessions can be conducted online (via google meet), phone, or in person (Atlanta area only)

How long is each coaching session?

Sessions last approximately 30-45 minutes.  The first session is typically the longest and may last a full hour.

How much does the coaching cost?

Pricing starts at $50 per session.  A package of 5 or 10 sessions can be purchased at a reduced rate per session. 

How do I know if coaching is helping?

You’ll feel better and more motivated and confident. Additionally, consistent reflection and feedback sessions together will help assess and track your growth journey.

What commitment is required?

A commitment to health coaching requires regular attendance to sessions, openness to self-reflection and change, and a willingness to actively apply learned strategies in daily life for optimal results.
